Classifying a neverending story

Ambling Along the Aqueduct has a link to the third issue of a fine quarterly, Cascadia Subduction Zone, which leads with the essay 'Can Science Fiction Change the World?'

On the same figurative page, Jennie at Nine Worlds, Ten Thousand Things recommends the series on hard sci-fi and high fantasy running at The Sword of Fire, starting here.

Not much further away, Larry MacDougall at Mythwood covers the nature of narrative with an illustrated tale of knights and trolls, and touching on ideas in all of these places is a post by Talysman at The Nine and Thirty Kingdoms re fifth edition D&D.

And if you think it can't get bigger than that, remember what a bubble all of this is. To help, Juliette Wade at TalkToYoUniverse has advice, on avoiding lost time online.
