Two crossover posts from the past couple of days that go well together are this on first edition Warhammer at BoLS and this re D&D's Battlesystem at Jeff's Gameblog. If you want to know more about By This Axe I Rule, there's a link to the latest version here.
Another new version is Killzone v.3.0, announced here at A Gentleman's Ones, with a look at the future here at Galaxy in Flames. For those not sure, it's a fan-made skirmish expansion for official 40K, but open enough to work with unofficial lists like the AdMech FanDex, Big Jim's Soul Reapers and the Lost and the Damned at Sons of Taurus.
If you're thinking about building a new faction, Subject to Stupidity has thoughts based on Warhammer here. Killzone should also work for new worlds using the 40K ruleset, and they must be out there. If you fancy it, The Free RPG Blog just did setting design.
And that ties in with the magical introduction to Wermspittle posted a couple of days ago at Hereticwerks - which is also one for the zombie fans - and the recent posts at Warp Signal on Shail, a world written for third edition D&D, but effectively universal.

I swear I get turned on to more new blogging material on your blog than just about any other place. Oh yeah and thanks for the mention.
What Cake said is true. You do a great job with this. Thanks.
And yes, those four legs are far more trouble than they look. The little one added an entirely new level of mischief and fun.
Amen. Thanks.
No trouble - if you weren't all doing such good stuff, I wouldn't link to it.
@ The Happy Whisk - You could always teleport the dogs if they get too much. And put some tasty experiments in the consignment too...
