At the Sea of Unease...

Sector V3 is now up on the local maps page at Strange New World, which is the sector I'll be filling. I'll be posting as I go. Here's a warm-up.

Prospector Report IV/a/i  Inland sea, rich in unknown compounds. Initial orbital observations indicated complex organic coverage; ATVs sent. The third crew reported a symbiotic algal mat thick enough over large areas to suspend fully-loaded buggies, and a submerged network of gas pockets, passages and chambers. Extreme climatic dynamism. Still no word from the second crew. The ravings of the first make no sense to any of us...
