Here's my entry for this week's Succinctly Yours, the new microfiction challenge hosted at Grandma's Goulash. It's based on the photo given here, has 140 characters - with line breaks counting one - and it uses the word 'procrastinate'.
Spaceport's busy today. Suddenly a queue jumper.
"No!" I cry. "It's a glacial world!" Too late.
Blasters up, a command: "Procrastinate him."

That sounds like it might be personally invasive !
A very different take on the pic - I love it!
Mine's up too.
Ha! Nobody likes line jumpers. Serves him right.
So different! Very creative...I enjoyed it. :)
Now all kinds of ideas are popping into my head about what would become of a person who has been procrastinated! Very clever SY story.
@ Timoteo - Invasive or not, it doesn't sound like fun.
@ Akelamalu - Thanks! I'll be out and about at more blogs a little later.
@ liv2write2day - Ah, but we don't know why he jumped. Another 140 could reveal anything...
@ Lisa Ricard Claro - Thanks - I'm glad you did!
@ Pat - Even I don't know what to think; the future could be a very rough and tumble place too. Thanks!
Truly an original this week for sure! LOL!
Very original! I don't think anyone else saw science fiction in this. And I am not sure Procrastinate him means, but it sounds disturbingly like Space him. :o)
If you find someone who has been procrastinated, they'll tell you just what's involved. But it will take quite a while before they do it!
Fun and different mf.
My Succinct: Tough Economy
@ Susan Fobes - Very kind! Thank you.
@ Sonia - Thank you too - but I don't know what 'space him' means..!
@ Grandma's Goulash - A blast from a Procrastinator reall could slow things down. Thank you!
