What are the highlights?
> a superb guide to basic hobby tools for modelling and painting
> two excellent hobby tutorials, the first on using an airbrush and compressor, the second on building a lightbox, as well as good advice for press moulding decorative elements
> subtle modelling, especially the posing and converting for these Blood Angels space marines and this space marine captain, not forgetting those simple Eldar wraithbone bases
> solid painting, not least on this Dark Angels chaplain, these Space Hulk terminators and this crashed lander
> the detailed creation of a balanced character for 40K, Captain Alessio Cortez, and a space marine chapter, the Void Ravens
As can be seen, illumination awaits in The Dark Workshop.

That lightbox tutorial is superb! Idk how this blog got past me! Definitely a follower, now.
Good work as always and following some more blogs.
@ Lantz - It pains me when good work goes unseen, and there are so many excellent blogs out there not yet on the radar. As I find them I add them to the blogrolls on the left so I recommend having a browse through if you get the time.
@ The Angry Lurker - Thanks to you for the support. I'm sure Cursed13 will be happy too, especially given you're following him twice now - the blog clearly gets us both excited..!
Definetly a great blog! And a very timely addition as I'm currently thinking about buying an airbrush and also need to construct a lightbox for the Lead Painters League. :)
Thanks so much Porky, this is the second time you've given me a shout out. I just wish there was something I could do for you.
As for everyone else who is finding my little corner of cyberspace, welcome and thank you for the positive comments.
@ Martin - Even better! Who says 13's an unlucky number?
@ Cursed13 - No trouble at all. Just keep doing what you do!
